What is the nature and role of shame in our lives, and how does it contribute to our suffering? Moreover, how are we to respond to suffering when we often feel so powerless to address it? This keynote will address shame and its often hidden activity that leads to the vast majority of our suffering. As well, we will explore the three primary reasons for our suffering and how earned secure attachment offers insight into how we as Jesus followers can respond to our suffering in ways that lead to beauty, goodness and joy.
